By creating an account or using LDR365 (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. LDR365 is operated by Ariavelle Labs ("we," "us," or "our").
LDR365 provides daily leadership development lessons, progress tracking, journaling, AI-graded assessments, and cohort tools. The Service is provided free of charge. We may modify or discontinue features at any time without notice.
LDR365 is intended for users aged 13 and older. Users under 18 should obtain parental or guardian consent before creating an account. The High School track is designed for students who are at least 13 years old. You are responsible for providing accurate information about your age and identity.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information during onboarding and to keep your profile information current. You may delete your account at any time from your Profile settings.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including: attempting to access another user's data, submitting harmful or unlawful content in journals or forums, interfering with the Service's security, or using automated tools to scrape or overload the platform. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
You retain ownership of content you create on LDR365, such as journal entries and short-answer responses. You grant us a limited license to host and process your content to provide the Service to you. We do not share your private journal entries or responses with other users.
Cohort leaders who create a group are responsible for managing their group's join code and membership. Leaders may view aggregate group progress. Individual journal entries remain private to each member.
To keep LDR365 free, we may display advertisements served by third-party networks such as Google AdSense. Advertisers and ad networks may use cookies to serve relevant ads. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements. See our Privacy Policy for details on ad cookies and how to opt out of personalized advertising.
All lesson content, curriculum, branding, and software on LDR365 are owned by Ariavelle Labs and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, redistribute, or republish our content without permission. Content you generate, such as journal entries, remains yours.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Leadership content is educational and informational; it is not professional advice. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from using the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ariavelle Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Because the Service is free, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us, which is zero.
You may stop using LDR365 and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a new date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
